This November, the Ancram Center for the Arts invites you to two unique weekends celebrating storytelling, theater, and the local arts community. Located at 1330 County Route 7, Ancram, NY, the center is serving up experiences that are both inspiring and fun.

Real People, Real Stories
Saturday, November 22, 3 PM
Everyone has a story to tell, and Ancram Center’s Real People, Real Stories series is a platform for just that. This year’s edition features Alexandra Angeloch (Woodstock), Jeffrey Dreiblatt (Copake), and Diane Mattes (Sharon, CT) sharing tales from their communities. From heartfelt reflections to surprising twists, these stories illuminate the human experience in all its richness. Tickets are $25 general admission, $20 for students.

That’s A Wrap!
Saturday, November 29, 3–5 PM
The following weekend, Ancram Center opens its doors for That’s A Wrap!, a free, public celebration marking the end of the 2025 theater season and the Center’s 10th anniversary. Guests can enjoy pop-up performances, music from a DJ, snacks, drinks, and even a sneak peek at the nearly-completed Annex Capital Project. It’s a festive, informal way to connect with artists, staff, and the local community.
These two events highlight the diversity and vibrancy of the arts in the region — from intimate, story-driven experiences to lively celebrations of theater and performance. Whether you’re a longtime supporter of the Ancram Center or visiting for the first time, November offers something for everyone.
Mark your calendars and join the community at Ancram Center for the Arts!
